Tillandsia xerographica, known as air plant, lives without soil. They are epiphytic plants because they live by clinging to other plants and trees without soil.

• Irrigation can be done 4-5 times a week with a whistle or by soaking in water.
• The method of immersion in water is to put the plant in a container of water once a week, if it is a very humid environment, twice a week. The plant should remain in the water for half an hour to 1 hour. After removing it from the water, it should be placed upside down on a towel and left to dry for 2 hours.
• Light is very important for the development of these plants. Glass fronts are the most suitable environments.
