What does jungleous mean? What does the jungleous do?
Jungleous means majestic forest formed by the combination of the words Jungle and Marvelous in English. As Jungleous, our aim is to share our love of plants and nature and to expand our plant-loving family. Jungleous is a plant-loving organization that brings together decorative pots and magnificent plants for you, planting and maintaining them and delivering by courier within Istanbul.
How is the delivery done?
Our deliveries are delivered to Istanbul by vehicle delivery on the day you choose, and to other cities by Sendeo cargo.
How much is the delivery fee?
Our deliveries to Istanbul and Ankara (see the districts we ship to. Remote districts are sent with cargo for a fee) are 25 TL. There is a minimum shipping fee of 25TL for other provinces.
In how many days will my orders reach my address?
Orders are delivered to your address by courier within Istanbul on the day you choose. You can choose the delivery day you want in the cart section. You need to contact us for your urgent orders. Our delivery time is 12.00-21.00. The estimated delivery day for cargo orders is 1-3 business days.
Is there payment at the door? How can I pay?
We do not have payment at the door. You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
What are the regions where you do not make courier deliveries in Istanbul?
European side: Silivri, Kilyos, Çatalca, Büyükçekmece, Başakşehir
Anatolian side: Islands, Şile, Riva, Tuzla, Ömerli
For delivery to these regions, please contact us in advance.
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes, you can add notes to your orders. You can find the note section at the bottom left of the My Cart section. If you forgot to add a note, you can email your note to info@jungleous.com with your order number.
Can I choose delivery on the same day or on the date I want?
Yes, same day delivery option is available for orders within Istanbul and Ankara. If you wish, you can choose a future date in the basket section. Our delivery time is 12.00-21.00.
Can I place an order for special orders, different plant and pot combinations?
Sample photos for your special orders or what color pot, which plant etc. You can specify what you want by sending an e-mail to info@jungleous.com . A response will be made within 1 day at the latest.
Can I place a bulk order?
For bulk orders, you must contact us at least 1 week in advance.
Will my order be the same plant as in the picture?
It is possible that it is the same plant as in the image, but there may be minor differences. We would like to state that all our plants are alive. Our plants are the same size as the ones in the image and description, and they are sent with the pots in the image.
Should I change the pot of the plant I bought from you?
We plant our plants in pots of appropriate sizes for their health and growth. There is no need for repotting for about 1 year after you buy it from us. But the choice is entirely up to you.
Are the pots perforated?
All of our pots have holes for drainage.
What is drainage application?
Drainage application is a method used to prevent excess water from accumulating in the soil in pots without holes. Before planting, 1-2 cm of pumice or river stone is placed at the bottom of the pot and planting is done on it. Thus, excess water accumulates between the stones and does not rot. The plant takes the water from here and uses it when necessary. You can always contact us for your questions about irrigation.
